The Catnip Society plans Low-Cost Spay-Neuter Clinics:

Committed to its long-term goal of reducing Mariposa's unwanted litters, the Catnip Society is pleased to announce Low-cost Spay/Neuter clinics offering assistance to low income families.
Several of the area's veterinarians have been helpful in the formation of this community service.  We would especially like to acknowledge Doctors Eileen Bissmeyer, Lynn Robertson and Angelina Brouillette who have agreed to donate their time for these community clinics in 2008.

The Hope Foundation in Fresno has low cost spay neuter: http://www.hopeaf.com
